Blepharoplasty B&A

This is a lovely patient in her mid 30s who was bothered by the appearance of looking tired under her eyes, mainly just bags. She has never had any facial work done before and wanted a quick refresh. We removed the fat from beneath her eyes and transferred it beneath her ligament to soften lid cheek junction. 
She's really happy with the results. She's fresh rejuvenated and doesn't need to worry about make up anymore.
