Patient is a 44 yr male from the South Bay. His primary goal was to maintain the masculinity of his nose while keeping the tip elevated while smiling and slightly narrowing his bulbous tip. He did not want to alter the length or width of his bridge. Overall interest to keep the appearance of his nose, with minor tip improvements.

Dr. Hussain performed a primary open rhinoplasty, tip reduction and support while smiling using cartilage harvested from the septum.
